Beach Day

Today a group of us went to Hunnington beach. It was a lot of fun, someone nearly drowned, lots of frisbee, and some good ol' sunshine. Then when we got back we prepared some spaghetti and garlic bread. We cooked A LOT of noodles. A lot is an understatement. We could have fed all of U.P. with the amount of noodles that were made. I have a video that I will post about that later. Anyways, today was a good day :]

First day of Junior year...of college.

Today I started school. I had 4 consecutive classes starting at 8 in the morning and ending at 1:50. I was happy to be finished with my last class. But I love the first day of school. I am still running into people I haven't seen in so long and getting back into the grove of "oh yea, reading tonight" and all that stuff. I was so busy this past week with freshmen orientation that I couldn't believe it was already time for school to start. I still have to get so many things:

-books.

-live text (blah, I'm not too happy about that)

-more books.

-breakfast food

-a job

-a new toothbrush

-dividers

That's all I can think about right now. Brain overload.

Uncle Piano Stand

I'm sitting down on my couch after a long day of FOCUS training and a fun game of Bunko (which I happened to get the highest score along with another person) and I am exhausted. Erin, Hillary (Nabe), and I have all moved in and we are waiting for our other two roommates, Emily and Hailey. They don't move in until September 8th :[ . Training was fun today. We really studied our strengths or "talents" and examined what they said about us. My number one "talent" is activator, which is so accurate because I'm always initiating things and making sure they're getting done. I guess you could say I'm an aggressive person, haha. The freshmen move in September 3rd and I can't wait to meet them :]
